Richard Fifer has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic and a dedication to success. His efforts have produced high quality results time and time again. Richard Fifer along with Petaquilla have developed and successfully implemented plans to improve life for those in the Cocle Province, Republic of Panama. Although a major undertaking, requiring a great deal of thought and effort he has been successful and the results can be seen on the road to Molejon. Bridges, a good road, children in a roofed school and warm food in their bellies, members of the community with jobs .
