Richard Fifer Bio

Richard Fifer Carles, born and raised in the Republic of Panama has spent most of his adult life dedicated to mining exploration and the economic growth of the province of Cocle in the Republic of Panama. Richard Fifer, has never resided in Florida, and is a Panamanian citizen by birth and a United States citizen by birth in the Canal Zone located within the Republic of Panama Richard Fifer Carles, named after his father Richard Glen Fifer Witty (who in turn is the son of Anne Witty and Elzy Fifer) and born to Celina Josefa Carles de Fifer daughter of Celina Isabel Montenegro y Jorge Isaac Carles.
