Who tells the truth?

Sometimes it happens that we are in a negotiation in which several parties are involved and each has a different version of what is happening, and this is to our detriment. These contradictions lead us to believe that someone or several participants are lying. But how do you know who is lying and who is telling the truth? What is the truth?

The best way to know what’s really going on is to have written evidence.Ask the parties for the documents that support what is being said.It would be ideal if the presentation of the documents could be made at a meeting at which participation of all parties is mandatory in order to confront them.

It is also important to know what really affects us.If a person is making several steps at a time and only one of them has to do with us, we should not let it affect us if other arrangements are late.It is none of our business what deal they have made with their lawyer, and we should let them know very clearly, with legal documents to substantiate our position.

The Inbox

Friday is here, the most expected day of the week for many. How is your inbox?

In order to enjoy the tranquility of the weekend is important not to leave pending business in the office. An empty Inbox is an art that requires a lot of organization. One must know how to use time very efficiently and know how to prioritize.

Many times we are in the middle of a project and just get something else to do.Over time, if we pay attention, we realize in what order to do things. Not only based on the urgency of the issues but also in terms of what can be done faster.

If we are asked for something that can be done in minutes or within 1 hour, it is better to stop what you were doing, do what they ask you for and deliver it.That way we will avoid that whoever asks us interrupts us many times to ask when it will be done.

On Friday afternoon the vast majority of people leave the office as soon as they can.If we stay a little longer we may be able to finish everything faster because we will not have interruptions.
